It wasn't what I expected, so I returned it. My mistake in ordering.

This is a great item all kitchen should have. I have a food processor but only use it a few times a year due to how much trouble it is to use.and clean and space to store . I have only had this chopper a month and used many times. It’s easy to use, clean and doesn’t use a lot of space. I have chopped crackers to bread meat, ham for ham salad and nuts, for cake. This chopper was also tested on the show America Test Kitchen.

I expected a durable product, Its not even close. my return window to BestBuy expired on 11/08 last week & today 11/14 its not working which is not acceptable from brand like Cuisinart. The blade is not rotating at all, but its making sound on the press of the buttons. Emailed the problem to Reston bestbuy but no response from them too. Hope there is some way to return/refund or exchange the product in besbuy
