I'm puertorican and use this to make sofrito, yucca puree and a handful of other traditional puertorican things and it has not failed me one bit.

It works fine No issues at anytime I didn’t try for dough making but as a mixture it works good with mostly every veggies.

We had a food processor at home before, but that was not working as expected. Cuisinart food processor works just great. it is easy to clean.

As with all Cuisinart products which I have used, this is a sturdy, solid, and powerful appliance. It is a great design, in all respects.

Love the safety features, will not start without the lid attached correctly. It is a great product, definitely recommendable.

Big bowl making dicing and chopping a cinch. I ended up downgrading to a small size only because I didn’t anticipate making huge quantities and it took up space.

I made pesto sauce from scratch with this processor and it was very easy to assemble, clean and made making the pesto very easy.

This thing was a present for my wife, as she is a cook. She loves the power of this thing, does everything she could ask. It is on the large side, but really not a complaint.

I have bought this food processor few months ago and used it few times but the built quality is very poor. The lid cracked just after few uses without ever having physical damage and following utmost care while washing it. Should have better quality material for the upper body/container.

Over all great procesor for the money. Super sharp blades, easy to use.
