You can take it with you to the beach, lake, river. Wherever you want to have great food. I would recommend that you get skillet seasoning and put that on it before you use it.

Great Griddle
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not have a baseline since this is my first griddle, but i am impressed with the fumction and build quality. Seasoning was a bit of a challenge until i figured out that the grill must be very level to avoid any pooling. I ended up seasoning with avocado oil in my oven like i do my pans (oil, invert, 450 for an hour)
