Love it, works great, doesn’t take up too much counter space when closed but lots of room when open. Griddle/grill plates easy to remove and wash by hand or in dishwasher.

Works very well as both a panini press and a griddle and swapping between the two is as simple as turning the plates over. I have had no difficulty washing the plates and the heat reaches temperature fairly quickly.

We love this grill!! It is easy to use, easy to clean and the perfect size! It doesn't take up a lot of room so you can store it on a counter if you choose to. This is our second grill; we purchased one for our daughter who recently moved out.

I love it but a plastic piece by the side that works to push the plates off broke .. I just used 3 times and I went to bestbuy to try exchange for the same one but it was sold out in store and online so I returned hoping to get but in stock..

Bought this for the wife, she loves making paninis and this thing does them great. Also, love that you can make breakfast on it like a skillet. Love that the plates come off and can be reversed and put in the dishwasher for cleaning.

I miss my old version. We used it mostly for quesadillas and Panini‘s not into the George Foreman type stuff. The cheese just comes out when making quesadillas and they don’t get crispy. Bummed

Easy to use and clean, perfect size for the little area in my kitchen. I haven’t used all of the different functions it has, but the one’s I have tried are awesome

We use this all the time and we have bought this same one several times. My wife likes it because it’s simple. However, the button you push to remove the plates breaks after a year. Cooked fast, even. Easy to use

Bought this because my girlfriend has owned one of these now for several years and had made me many a meal and sandwich with it. Having used it myself and knowing Cuisinart is a quality brand, I had to have one for my household as well for her and I to use. It makes for a quick and easy way to make Panini's, cook brats, and pretty much anything else you could want when it's too rainy to grill, or don't want to cook with a stove.

I was a little disappointed when I got it because the photo showed a waffle plate which is the main reason I bought this model. It was definitely not included. Other than that the unit seems to work fine.

This a great panini grill press. Heats up right away and easy to clean.

easy to use and clean....we had a cheaper version--- different brand and it refused to work....so... the next step up ...this Cuisinart griddle work just fine.

Love my griddler, The plates can be removed for cleaning. Purchased one for my friend as a gift.
