Great concept but doesn't work right

The coffee pot brews coffee as it should

Model keep getting better

I don't expect things to last forever and something typically stops working. Last time it was a water leak. I like the grind/brew combination for using whole beans.The insulated carafe on this one is a great improvement plus very attractive. It matches the other appliances in my kitchen now.

Nice Machine - Doesn't brew/keep coffee hot

However, the coffee isn't very hot immediately after it's brewed and the thermos carafe does not keep the coffee hot very long at all. I would have expected it to keep the coffee hot for a couple of hours at least. Of course, since it isn't very hot immediately after it's brewed makes it very difficult to keep it hot for an extended period of time.

a little too loud with grinding coffee
