We got a damaged one I guess. It kept leaking when you switch it on.

I am thrilled with this purchase. I had a separate grinder, separate single-serve machine that allowed for cups, or my own grind. Now I am consolidated into one compact machine! The grinder feature works great, and I love the flexible size choices.

I am really enjoying the speed and convenience of this coffee maker. It is so nice to measure just the right amount of coffee into the hopper for the strength I like. I haven't used it long enough to know how much effort it will be to clean the grinder.

Water tank cover broke evwn before 1st use. Water filter is also missing.

I love this coffee maker. I like my coffee stronger than most people and this single serve coffeemaker produces coffee that's perfect. I highly recommend this product.

We really wanted to love this coffee maker, however quite shocked at all of the good reviews. Granted, we may have gotten a lemon, but here are the issues: - there is a long lag time from pressing a button before it works, specifically the grinder and the start button. - it is very messy, with grounds everywhere, especially in the coffee cup after brewing. - loading the grinder is difficult and the grinder holds too few beans. - there are no controls for strength other than water amount. - the coffee tastes weak, even for the smallest size 8 0s Note: We are big Cuisinart fans and in fact own a Cuisinart Premium Single Serve coffee maker, which we love. We were mistaken by thinking a grind and brew version would be a good idea.

Poor quality, the grinder sometimes work’s sometimes don’t, the grinder makes mass soon finish grind the coffee beans, the soon machine finish make coffee you can’t drink because is very hot.

Beware of this product. The grind and brew works fine but when using a k-cup, the machine doesn’t properly puncture the top portion of the k-cup and causes it to tear leading to a cup FULL of coffee grinds. This is due to very poor design. I wasn’t able to return because I opened the product after 2 weeks and didn’t discover issue until about 1 month out when I started using k-cups. Spent significant money on this and am displeased with Best Buy customer service. This product was being sold I store without proper testing

Worst coffee machine I ever bought , broke right away trying to return.

Many kcups dont work but the whole beans work great!

This product worked good for the first couple of months , it leaks water constantly and it’s not worth the money

Love this machine. Great to have a fresh grounded cup of coffee in the morning and still have the option to use my kcups too.

The grinder broke already I will not buy again very unacceptable
