    Terrible. Won't brew coffee. Watched every trouble shooting video available and nothing worked. The grinder would turn on but the brewing buttons were duds. Also took a week longer to ship than advertised. Don't waste your time with this.

    Good for the grinder but to us a k-cup it sucks I returned my first one for replacement same thing the k- cup would blow up

    Purchased this item previously and was delighted with the product and delivery so I purchased another as a Christmas gift. This delivery package was terrible. Product had been opened and taped shut. Product was covered in dust and a container cap was scuffed. Worried the item has been damaged and won't work properly but won't know until Christmas.

    The product was a Christmas gift and upon delivery the box was battered and the water tank was broken. Could not be replaced upon return, which in turn forced me to purchase at JCPENNEY for more money.
