Lid was defective it didn’t seal right so every time I used it liquid would leak out.

After one month of use it broke. Very low quality overall

I bought this food processor to make Pesto and it does the job perfectly! I have made about 6 batches so far with no issues at all. Except for pesto is a bit messy to make! This processor is super easy to use, and does exactly what I bought it to do! I used it to grate some zucchini for some zucchini bread and it worked great for that too! Great little processor for the price!

UGH - bought this to replace an older version I've had for 10 years that I love but was cracked. It's basically the same model, i used this the first time and liquid leaked out the bottom all over the place.

This was my first food processor. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It is small, but most of the time is the perfect size for my needs. One part did break and I had to order a replacement, but I still am happy with the product.

We purchased the same item second time because of its robust nature, easy handling and use, rough and tough and durability. We used the first one almost for two years and for many kitchen purposes. It is also very economical which made this our second time choice again. Thanks for making this wonderful product. Sunil

It fits nicely in my, limited, cupboard space. Not liking having to stand and push the button is really a very minor problem for me. I just like to multitask in the kitchen and pushing a button for 20 secs seems like forever :) It has been a good purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

So my background is engineer with plastics molding, and there are a few simple tweaks that could raise this from 2-star status to 5-star status in my eyes. First of all, the cup is very difficult to place on the post. You have to line it up just so. Unfortunately, there's no line or indicator to tell you where to line this up, so you may fumble with it for a good minute before it'll go on. Would've been so easy to mold a line or arrow into the cup AND base at no additional cost. Once aligned, you'd know it was ready to snap on. Secondly, forget about putting anything with liquid in here, or prepare to be sprayed with it no matter how tightly you hold the lid on. The lid edge meets the cup edge, and there's no sort of seal or lip, so when I put some stewed peppers in with a tiny bit of water, my walls (and I) got sprayed with red liquid. Good times. It even sprayed a little when making aioli last night, with no water. Would've been so simple to mold a lip onto the lid to prevent this, again, at no additional cost to manufacturing. How'd this get through the prototype phase and get approved?? It chops and blends decently well, but for items that are blessedly less liquidy, you'll have to remove the lid a few times, scrape the solids off with the included little spatula and push them down toward the blades again. Otherwise, they'll be missed and will stay solids, clinging to the cup walls.

I use this food processor every day. I am glad I bought it. It is very strong.

I love this processor - it is a perfect size for pulverizing herbs, etc.

This 3 cup food processor has lots of power and fits into small NYC kitchens. I would recommend it.

This is my must tool, it is used daily. Easy to use, quick to clean.

Its okay for mashing soft things, small things BUT does not have enough power to turn nuts into butter which was the main reason I purchased it.

been sent tele numbers to contact one of which was Canada and I waited 20 minutes before I was told to call another # and I waited 15 minutes for them to answer than they gave me another # which was a cancellation # but turned out to be a fax #Buy again from them, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
