Finally made the decision to upgrade from a 10 cup maker. Price threw me off at first but coffee is life so I just had to. Looks sleek and smaller in person.

Works great. The metal screen is harder to clean than just throwing out the paper filter but overall great coffee. I like that we can program it and that it notifies you when the coffee is done brewing. 14 cups is also a great feature.

This is a great coffee maker. We’ve had a bunch over the years. This turns on in the morning so we get up to our coffee. Shipping was super fast.

Gets hot enough for the coffee to brew. Does not brew to fast. Does not take all day, but it makes great coffee. Has all of the bells and whistles. I work from home and it has the bell that lets me know when it is shutting off so I can get my last hot cup before it shuts off. Has a gold filter like the old coffee pots of old, or you can use a paper filter.

It's simple and easy to use. You are able to adjust settings from 1-4 cups or larger. You can start your brew with one button push. It's easy to clean. You can remove the inner strainer filter for easy emptying and cleaning. That strainer fits into a larger filter which can be removed very easy as well. I've also purchased one of these unit for my parents who are coffee fans as well.

Excellent product. Very easy instructions to follow and to make coffee in less than 5 minutes. I like the design.

Does what it is supposed to do makes an excellent pot of coffee. Keeps it nice and hot. The water gauge on the side is a bonus.

I had a Frigidaire that quit working so I made this purchase to go with the kitchen décor and simple operation. Daily morning usage is the household use. I consulted with coffee drinking coworker and I was told most coffee makers don't last that long so hopefully I am not buying another one in 3 years.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my wife. She loves it!!! High recommend this coffee maker. My daughters even use it and give it a major league thumbs up.
