Makes great coffee/tea. Carafe is delicate but effective other than the water spitting and the case is a fingerprint magnet.

Couldn’t keep time

The clock would run fast and eventually be very off, by hours. So that doesn’t work if you schedule it for a morning brew. I tried two different ones. Must be a bad batch. My previous one before these last two lasted a long time.

Like with most coffee makers that have a warming tray, the coffee becomes luke warm after a bit. This Cuisinart is not even comparable to other makers! It is extremely easy to use and our coffee is just as hot 20 minutes later, as it was when it was first brewed.

The hottest temp setting turns to a warm coffee pretty quickly.

Basic no frills model. Coffee tastes good, is right temperature. Happy with purchase.
