    Had to return, because would turn off after an hour. Normally they stay on for about 2 hours to keep coffee hot.

    Easy to set up. I did realize, that if the top isn’t not pushed completely down, the water will continue to go into the filter/grounds but the coffee will NOT dispense into the cafe leaving a TOTAL coffee/grounds mess. Once that was deduced, my coffee days/mornings have been wonderfully delicious. The 14 cup carafe comes in handy when entertaining.

    I was interested in a new coffee maker so i went to best buy. When i came in there i was greeted by a worker the took time out to explain everything to me about coffee maker. Well with all the features and the name brand and price match guarantee i just had to get it. Been using it now quite awhile, it is a great coffee maker.
