    Favorite part is the pot doesn't drip when pouring and 'bold' setting across all quantities. Disperses water on grounds like specialty store brewers. Only criticism is condensation drips down outside back of unit when opening top, even after waiting the suggested 10 minutes.

    I bought one 4 years ago, but it started leaking from the bottom. Water and electricity don't go together, so I tossed it. I got a Keurig coffee pot and individual serving maker for Christmas, but the coffee was NOT hot. I love the look and performance of this coffee maker, so I bought it again. I LOVE it!!!

    I searched for hours about what coffee pot to get after my last Cuisenart went kaput. This coffee maker gets the job done. I like the reusable filter basket and particularly like the window on the side to see how much water is in it. Looked at several others that had more features but many reviews said they have issues with leaks, etc. This one just does coffee and does so well.

    My husband is so pleased with his new coffeemaker. Being able to draw out a cup while the pot is brewing is his favorite. We have found it takes less grounds to make a pot of coffee. You can set the coffee to be regular or bold and you can program the coffeemaker to be ready when you are in the morning. The warmer keeps the coffee hot for up to 4 hours.

    The coffee maker was defective; water used to fill the appliance leaked out completely. The coffee maker was returned and our money refunded. We later bought one without defects at Macy's.

    Good appearance, large capacity, well built. Appears to soak the coffee grounds quite well. Pretty quick to make coffee, easy clean up. Makes an excellent pot of coffee! I roast my own beans, and this coffee maker is a good bit better at brewing coffee than our previous brand. We especially appreciate the 3 levels of warming plate temperature.
