Not a huge coffee drinker but I do like this maker. It looks nice and works good- a little noisy

For 3-4 years, I used the Starbucks packets because I didn't want to take up counter space. Bought this right before lockdown. so glad i did. super easy to use, good consistent coffee. just found the "Bold" function which gives a darker brew. yum.

Had a Cuisinart and switched to a cheaper one. Back to the Cuisinart. Best coffee makers.

I expected more from this coffee maker. It brew well and looks good. It is hard to keep clean. You can poor a cup while it is brewing, but it is clunky putting the pitcher back in and most of the time it spills out of the brewer. It is not what I expected from a highly coffee brewer and not worth the money.

We purchased this model coffee maker a year ago and liked it a lot. When our son complained that it was inconvenient to make coffee one cup at a time with his Keurig, we bought this for him for Christmas. He loves his too!

I don’t have much to compare this coffee maker to, but it beats buying k cups for sure

Great coffee maker but doesn’t suit my needs. I experienced a very friendly exchange at Bestbuy for a 12 Cut Cuisenart Coffe maker that meets our needs.

These are great machines - real work horses. Better than those that are mostly plastic. Had the other for 8 years. Having the charcoal filter is a bonus to keep fresh and clean tasting. Wire mesh filter is great to reuse and easy to clean.

This was a huge step up from my old Mr. Coffee pot. I am able to change the water temperature; set a timer; automatically turn off timer, etc. I do not need a coffee pot making latte's or fancy coffee. This is perfect coffee pot. It also saves on filters. No need for them anymore.

Brews coffee at higher temp than most home makers giving coffee shop coffee @home

Nice and big but turns off so won’t keep coffee hot.

It was great until the heating element failed at less than 2 years old. Considering it's a top-end coffeemaker, I expected it to have some long-term durability.

My kitchen is stainless steel. I've been a "coffee pod" user for years but wanted something more adept to multiple drinkers. Love the programmable feature! Can use reusable filter or paper filters!

I’m a big coffee drinker and I really studied reviews and coffee pots before buying one. I like my coffee hot when I make it. This one has done perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. Great features.

This is a great coffee maker. It is fast and ready to clean. I came from a 10 dollar coffee maker. So if does not take much to impress me at this time. I really do like if though.

If you don't get your measurement correctly..Your coffee will taste like 'hot water' with slight coffee flavor We like it, we just can't figure out how much coffee powder is needed to get the exact taste profile. We bought Pike Place roast, but cannot get the same taste as to how Starbucks makes it.Wish there was more information, and detail on the exact measurements.
