    Always buy Cuisinart coffee maker. Use heat control on medium it is so hot. No complaints.

    Moved from the 12 to 14 cup when the 12 cup started smoking after 5 years of use. Yikes. Hopefully have better luck with this model

    Filling the coffee maker is tricky unless you keep it by the sink and use the spray nozzle. Long brew cycle.

    I bought this coffee pot 2 years ago and I was happy with it until yesterday when it stopped working in the middle of brewing a pot of coffee. I regularly clean it too. I unplugged for a few minutes and it made no difference. The lights work but nothing else. The warming plate doesn't even heat up.
