    The unit for the cost did not last but less than 1.5 years. I expected more from the unit for the cost so now I just buy a basic 20 to 30 unit and if I get 1 year from mr coffee it was well worth the money versus this unit

    The coffee maker functions pretty well except for a few things that are a little annoying. There is an alarm that sounds when the coffee is finished brewing. This would be a plus except for it sounding like a smoke detector. Also the lid to try carafe doesn’t open very easily. Otherwise it is a fine coffee maker
