Made great coffee but ready alarm did not function. Cuisinart said it never should have been sold given the mfg date of 2015. Still waiting for my credit as well. Apr 7, 2020 BESTBUYCOM805777584762 Shopping $108.74 j turner

I have purchased this item 2 times. It’s seems to stop working after two years.

This is my second Cuisinart of this type, and both went bad very early in their life. I gave up on this one, and bought a new Black & Decker. I now realize that this Cuisinart does not make anywhere near as good a cup of coffee as the B&D.

I have been a fan of Cuisinart products for a long time but lately the quality of their products has been poor. I bought this 14 cup Coffee maker 11 months ago, after my last Cuisinart Coffee maker broke. A few days ago, water began leaking out of the reservoir as soon as I filled it up. Not what you expect from a Cuisinart within a years time. Very disappointing. The product has a three year manufacturers warranty, I filled Cuisinart’s online customer service form to try to begin the warranty process but I have yet to hear anything back from them nearly a week later. Not sure if I can trust Cuisinart products anymore.

I love this coffeemaker. Very easy to use, makes great coffee and looks so nice.

This coffeemaker has all the features I want in a coffeemaker: 1) Ability to adjust the temperature of the hot plate; 2) Button to select a stronger brew; 3) Ability to set warming plate timer anywhere between 2 - 4 hours; and 4) Preprogramming ability allowing me to wake up to freshly brewed coffee. It comes with a permanent brewing basket; however, paper filters can be used instead. I hope this coffeemaker last a long time because so far I love it. I highly recommend it.

I have bought 2 of the same coffee pots in the last year. Each one plus my old one did the same thing. The hot plate that the coffee pot sits on rusts or corrodes. No matter how much I wipe it off and make sure it is clean the same thing happened. From now on I'm buy the coffee pot with the stainless steel coffee pot to hold the hot coffee. No more corroded hot plates.

this lasted exactly 1 yr. called 800 cuisinart number after trying several options. she had me cut cord which i did , take a picture & gmail to her. told her i don't have gmail im 77 yrs old. i could only text. still have had any help.

Despite its high rating in Consumer reports, this coffee maker is destined for the trash. After 10 pots of coffee and numerous run thoughs with vinegar and water, the coffee still tastes and smells like plastic.

I really liked this coffee maker until the bottom where the pot sits started to peel.

The first time we used the coffee maker - running a pot of DISTILLED WATER through - the "CLEAN" light came on. Called Cuisinart. Said we could repack and return to Best Buy or repack and ship to Cuisinart at our own expense. Attitude was basically, "Oh, well. It's your problem, not ours."

Stopped working; would not brew/no heat on plate & would not flow. No clean indication. Only 6 weeks old. Bought a different brand for a 14 cup. Too inexpensive to go through the long line to Return.

I just revieved this coffee pot the other day. I cleaned it like it said all good. I made a pot of coffee yesterday all good. Today I made a pot and the blue light that shows the maker is on does not work any more. So it broke on the second pot. Will be returning it.

Very attractive looking appliance. However, it left grounds in the last cup of coffee. It was difficult for my non techie spouse to use. We ended up donating it to GoodWill as the return process was too cumbersome.

After getting coffee at Casey’s and enjoying it I decided on this coffeemaker. It makes wonderful rich coffee and keeps it really hot. And though you have to clean the grinder and filter it’s not that much trouble.

THIS UNIT OFFERS MANY CONTROLS OUR PREVIOUS MAKER DID NOT HAVE WHICH IS AN EXCELLENT ADDITION FOR US. IT ALLOWS US TO MAKE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF THE FINISHED POT OF COFFEE RELATIVE TO STRENGTH, FLAVOR AND TEMPERATURE IT IS A GREAT ADDITION WITHOUT THE NECESSARY STARTING AND STOPING OUR LIKE WE HAD TO DO WITH OUR OLD UNIT. IT WAS ALSO A GREAT PRICE.

hi, bought the coffee maker, love it, makes great coffee, right temp, in which is important to release the oils from the beans.. will buy again when i need to
