Makes a nice cup of coffee quickly and very hot. My only complaint so far is the lack of a hinge on the carafe lid.

I gave it a 4 because you can only program to keep it warm for two hours, otherwise I would have given it a 5.

Loved the design, length it kept coffee hot, speed, all features but very upset I had to replace already because it started leaking water all over. Only had 4 1/2 months.

This did not even last 3 years. We usually wipe around the coffee maker but during a recent cleaning realized it was stating to ruin our IKEA butcher block counter and it was rusting on the bottom. We are careful not to splash water while filling and it’s not near a sink. This was expensive and a disaster. Made decent coffee but caused expensive damage.

This is a very nice coffee maker which has some nice features. I really like the "bold" feature because it makes the coffee nice and bold. The self cleaning feature is nice as well. This coffee maker has been a family favorite for years.

Worked for 3 weeks. Outside of 14 day return window. Won’t take it back. Should have just taken the $100 to a casino.

The coffee pot has a flawed design—it's nearly impossible to fill without spilling, and pouring all the water out cleanly is a constant challenge.

Weak plunger spring will fail and cause overflows in about 6 months. Opening top creates condensation puddle behind unit.

I am very disappointed. Coffee tastes bitter, burnt. Tried the gold filter, paper filter, bold and medium brew. I kept hoping I'd get used to the flavor. Nope. I cringe with the first sip every morning. My coffee tasted way better from my ancient Krups. I don't understand such good reviews. I am looking for a better coffee maker.

It is almost impossible to pour a cup of coffee without spilling coffee. I burned my leg because coffee spilled will trying to pour a cup of coffee.

After reading all reviews was very excited to purchase this coffee maker. Tried to make coffee four times (with gold filter and paper filter) but coffee wouldn't drain into carafe and overflowed. Reread all directions but still did not work. Returned and purchase different model. Very disappointed.

We are on our 2nd coffee maker. This one is approximately 1 year old. The 1st coffee maker (same model) leaked all over the countertop after about 1 year of use. I contacted Quisinart and they did send me a replacement coffee maker...the one we have now. Well, this one has started leaking! Unfortunately it leaked into the seam of our laminate countertop which has caused the countertop to warp and will have to be replaced. I will not buy another Quisinart, and I'm sure they will not replace our countertop.

Was a great machine like the one I had for 10 years but the spring loaded lid just popped up and a little piece of the plastic hinge snapped off , still able to use it by working the lid back in position but it pops up when it is done brewing. Had the same machine for 10 years and and worked great, the new improved one not good. Very disappointed .
