Have used both the immersion blender and the chopping tools. Both work great and so easy to clean.

Terrible in terms of power (very low), practicality (you need to hold down the power button for it to work) and durability - the power button already broke. I have owned this for less than 3 months and the power button already broke.

I ordered this for my daughters birthday, surprise was when she opened and the product was all broken and missing pieces, even the box model was not the same as the product inside, called Best Buy but because of the 14 days period to return had already gone they didn’t exchange it, I never got to used it

Had it almost a whole year and still working great, which is sadly not the norm with small appliances. Every time we use it, it’s a little more clear how this simple immersion blender can be used to tackle things differently than a traditional blender or stand mixer. I loved this item very versatile without walking too far in the kitchen I can do a lot with this hand blender/ chopper! I got this just in enough time to replace my mini chopper that just died after 10 years of use!
