    I purchased this the beginning of the year but didn't open it until a few months later and the carving tools were missing. I called BB and was told it was my fault and should have checked it when I received it. Needless to say I was disappointed that they wouldn't just send me what was missing.

    Used only once and rack has scraped the Teflon surface. Was bundled nicely. But disappointed it’s already scratched. Expected better from Cuisinart.
