Too loud

We showed the picture to customer service, they couldn’t help laughing.

Broke after a month

Great Blender/Food processor

It is easy to use and we love how you can use the individual size cups to make a smoothie for one. It makes the clean up so much easier! It is a bit loud but not terribly.

problems with operation

But now it doesn't blend very well - leaving clumps of yogurt and/or the flaxseed meal that I add to it. A more serious problem is that it has started to leak around the base. I am glad I bought an extended warranty & plan to return it & get another one by a different manufacturer.
