Bought this product on a whim, wanted chicken and waffles and this was the only one they had available. Man am i glad I got it, it makes perfect waffles. They are so fluffy and never missing a portion like other waffle makers.

Been looking for a waffle maker for a while now. But wasn't sure I wanted the traditional horizontal waffle maker as it takes up space. This one has just the perfect design to blend in among other small appliances in the kitchen. And on top of that it makes perfect waffles uniformly baked. For the skeptics who think it gets messy, they are totally wrong. Fruits or chocolates chips are generally added on top of the waffle once it is cooked. For those who say the intake is not enough wide or can get clogged, yeah I mean unless you are trying to add full size fruits, it'll definitely not work. Bottom line, this a very well designed waffle maker and it is as good if not better than traditional ones. Highly recommend it.

The design is a great step forward but there are some issues. Sometimes its hard to tell if its completely full and there aren't any leds telling you its ready. There is a beep but you don't if its saying its done or ready for the next waffle.

This waffle maker is a really simple one, two, three process. I gave it four stars because the batter cup that comes with it doesn't have a spout, so it doesn't pour into the maker very well, causing a mess. Get a new cup and you're golden.

Best waffle iron I've owned, makes the best waffles and measuring then is easy with the included cup (just be sure to fill just under the lip)

I would not have thought that an upright waffle maker would make a great waffle, but it does. The best number to make a good waffle is #3 or 4 since the higher number will toast too much and make it too dark.

Vertical waffle maker is very convenient for storage and counter use. Open top of waffle maker is also very easy to pour batter into waffle maker. However, I have experienced some "undersized" waffles because the waffle batter does not go all the way down into the unit. This has even resulted in the batter rising back up while cooking and causing uncooked waffles at the top portion or batter spilling back out. I don't think this is necessarily a waffle maker problem but instead caused by the batter being too thick. Batter doesn't have to be thin but "pourable" to penetrate the all the way into the waffle maker.

Got this hoping the waffles were good as I loved the size for storage. Wow. Great waffles, too. Also love how you pour the batter down into the unit and there is no spill-over at all. Recommend!

The design is unique and space saving. I am probably doing something wrong, but batter leaks from the bottom. If the batter is thicker, it doesn't go all the way through. Once I get it right, I'm sure I'll love it. For now, I have to psych myself up to go through the trouble and the post waffle-making cleanup.

I love the waffle maker. It cooks a belgin fast. Its little odd/ different but it makes the perfect waffle once you get used to the operation

makes great waffles. my wife bought this as a gift. we thought that the storage would be easier due to vertical design, but it is taller than most of our cabinet shelves. did I mention the waffles are great!

I bought this waffle maker for my niece; she liked how the waffle turn out. I haven't tried to make my own waffles yet. I will review more in detail when I have a chance to make my own waffle.

Super cool waffle maker, easy to clean, setup and especially store. Just read the manual because there is a small learning curve
