Easy to use

Wanted a waffle maker with a timer

I settled on the Cuisinart because having a built in timer was top on my list. I don't mind pouring the batter into the maker, but DO NOT PUT MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF BATTER IN THE MAKER. The clean up is not pleasant. The non-stick plates are fine. They do not remove for cleaning (that is my only wish that I agreed to do without.)

Best waffle maker I ever owned.
