Not a good brand

Incorrect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rated it four stars. No idea if that's correct. When listing an item as 'compact' one would hope those providing details are intelligent. The HEIGHT should be a top to bottom measurement. This is correct. The WIDTH is a left to right. The DEPTH is a front to back. Basic. The specs on this are wrong. The fools putting up the specs have depth and width reversed. Time wasted, money wasted. Will need to return. Thanks Best Buy for showing me I should have gone with Amazon.

We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that, as you pointed out, there was a mistake in the product dimensions listed for this microwave. The specifications listed the depth as 19 1/2 inches and width as 13 9/10 inches, where in fact the depth is 13 9/10 inches and width is 19 1/2 inches. We have since corrected the error with the product dimensions and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product dimensions in the future.
