The Geek Squad Agents installed my Apple TV device, explained in detail how to use it and assisted me in familiarizing myself with the process. They were extremely efficient while also taking the time to be sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable using my new device. The guys that came out were very helpful and efficient in fixing the issue. We couldn't get the tuner to sync with the Sonos system, and they helped with this.

Great job. I supplied the cable and the Geeks connected my TV and A/V receiver. My content sources and TV now complete their electronic handshake with no issues. 1080P/4K SDR/HDR/Dolby Vision are all displayed flawlessly. The unshielded CAT 6 cable bypassed by the new fiber optic cable is now connecting my router and TV. Smart TV operation (7.1.4 Dolby ATMOS sound system bypassed) is much improved over wireless operation.

My wife and I have built a new house on the Outer Banks and wanted a sound system that would make it even more special. We went to the Virginia beach Best Buy for the equipment and had Geek Squad handle the install. On one day Ronnie and Marcus from Virginia beach did the work. On another day Ronnie and Andrew completed our project. Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Can't ask for much more. Ask for them when using Greek squad.

He set up my home entertainment center with 5.1 speakers, connected the Zumo system, and set up the remote controls.

My wife and I are building a new house and wanted music in various rooms through the house. New tv. Five pairs of ceiling speakers. Geek squad did the install. We had a terrific two man crew. Quality work. Patient. Deliberate. Not messy. Their work is worth it. Didn't understand the extra charges for each "zone", but that isn't any fault of the installers. Zone charges aren't necessary.

The 3 installers who delivered the TV and installed the wall mount were amazing. They kindly told me I had purchased the wrong cables that they had to run above the ceiling tiles. Fortunately they happened to have the correct ones with them and they were able to install it that day. On top of that the installers made sure I got a credit for the unused cables.

Rich was absolutely fantastic. He got our new computer running and copied over the old files. Everything runs perfect. A perfect 10.

Highly recommend having these guys do the install for you, came prepared and with all the tools needed and knowing exactly what to do.

At 62 I do not see as well as I used to. I'm also an Apple guy, so setting up this Android TV was not in my skill set. These guys took time to make sure I had a clear understanding of the install to my home theater, basic and advanced operations, etc. I was pleasantly surprised.

The technician solved all my issues with my DVD player and my ability to watch tv in my office.

Raul did the Best job ever. At first I was not so happy with the price but I am so glad we had Raul install everything. There was no way my husband could have done the job and he is very handy with everything but this took great skill and Patience . Would highly recommend Raul C. to everyone. He spent 4 hours setting up the tv, mounting it and the soundbar/speakers. Very nice job. Some of my devices are not working properly and additional app/manuals/instructions would have been very helpful.

Best Buy came out to move a TV cable plug 4 feet up my wall to accomodate my wall mount TV. I had originally scheduled it with my cable company and when they arrived, they claimed they couldn't do it. So, I went to Best Buy Store and got help. The guy was wonderful and it took no time at all to fix.

Setting up the appointment was a bit of a pain but once that part was over Brandon and his team did everything they could to make sure things happened in the best possible way.

I have used the squad on several occasions and right now they are batting .750. If you are not familiar with that, every time they come and do a project for me, I have only been let down 1 out of 4 times. And the project was complete to my satisfaction, I just felt like I got the second string players. But, I have learned that team was promoted to Varsity. Great bunch, let them do what they do, while you can do whatever you do.
