I was pleased with the workers who installed the dishwasher. The first dishwasher was dented, but for a fee they installed it, otherwise I would have been without a dishwasher. Mine had quit., A few days later, they replaced that one with an undented one. For another fee.

The Tech Specialist tried to solve my problem with system failure to enable sending verification codes to my Yahoo email as required in the 2-step verification process. The work starts at 4:40 PM and after numerous attempts he was unsuccessful. I schedule a follow up meeting on Tuesday Nov 5th at 4:20 PM to continue to slove th issue.

The agent did a fabulous job mounted everything for me, unpacked and removed all packaging, gave me instruction for how to use and answered all of my questions, Best of all, was covered in my Geek Squad package so did not charge me.

Bought 2 new Samsung front load washer and dryer from Best Buy in Grand Island, NE. The 2 Installers were fast, respectable and friendly. Very cautious so they did not scratch anything and they were able to work in tight corners. 10 star on those 2 guys! Thanks!

They did a bang up job installing our item, had a minor issue with it but that was taken care of, the fridge was larger then the one we had before which i installed with no problem, this new item was mush bigger. For the price it was well worth it.

The installation technicians evaluated different alternatives and ran TV coaxial cable in the attic to a new location. They drilled holes and ran the coax cable into a very difficult location for the new TV wall outlet. It was a job well done!

They were very professional and informative. They explained things well and went over how they were going to hang tv"s first before hanging them. Promised to come back once we had Direct Tv service, which we don't yet. Still waiting
