My 10 year old grandson could have done a better job. Was in such a hurry to get out of here I told him to just get out of my home.

I was expecting more from geek squad , i think when best buy sub contract , the contractor dont really care about the quality of service.

Purchased a tv and sound bar which cost not cheap but i believe there shouldnt be a charge for installation fees when buying a big purchase

But for installing for washer and dryer not acceptable

The deal here is that we were never told this might be needed so it came as an unexpected cost. We have bought all our appliances at Best Buy and this is the first surprise we have had.....do not like this kind of surprise. The rest of the process went very well.and the technician did a good job of trying to explain the situation....I was not in a very listening mode.

They came and installed the system but the instructions to operate were not very thorough nor did they regency and manual

They can’t seem to send the right person to my home to help me with my ARCAM unit that they installed. No one showed us how to work it properly and we’ve been trying now for several attempts to get somebody from their custom team over.

We had struggling endlessly to reassemble the dishwasher's interior mechanisms which had fallen off during a wash cycle. In order to reassemble the components, the top rack of the dishwasher had to be removed. Surprisingly, the top rack does not simply slide out. Finally, we called the Geek Squad. They quickly located the special release mechanism, and out came the rack. Then, they knew exactly what to do, and we are so grateful. This is a GE Monogram dishwasher. I believe it is about two years' old. In the past, I have called independent appliance repair services, and I haven't always been satisfied with their work. After the last disappointment, I decided to rely exclusively on the excellent Geek Squad professionals. I am so glad we have a contract with them.

service tech (michael bolson ) was highly knowledgeable about the install. in addition he " sugested " he could take a look at the setting i had on another tv i bought at best buy previously .i told him tha the picturewas ok not great.he made two or three setting changes as well as connection to my sonos ray. when he was done that tv was much much better than original set up done two years ago! he was CUSTOMER SERVICE plus

Purchased a Samsung Soundbar and could not get it to sync with my TV. Geek Squad came out and resolved the issue in 10 minutes! Great job, friendly and efficient

I was impressed by the skill and knowledge of the installation technician and his ability to resolve a mounting location issue.

The technicians connected the proper hdmi cords and hid wires as requested.

This is my 4th Samsung TV from Best Buy. I always have a great experience. This time had TV installed by geek squad and my rep did an amazing job even did a few extra things for me. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
