The battery backup has worked well so far. Does not beep with any frequency as our older model did.

The ultimate review could go in either direction in time. Our wifi would occasionally lose internet connection and would require rebooting. Our IT Admin suggested getting a battery UPS backup in case of power fluctuations. Since we bought and installed this model, the signal was never lost again. He recommended the APC brand but this brand and model cost about $50 less and claims twice the backup time as APC. We'll see in time! I would recommend it with caution though.

Seems to be working properly. Have experienced couple of power failures.

have had power outages and computer stayed on. Like the meter that shows how much battery is left. Just a note don't plug a laser printer in the battery back up section. Instructions warn not to do that.

Kept the Internet on maybe a hour. Would definitely get a much bigger one.

I haven't had the need to know if it is going to do its job yet, but it looks impressive. Customer service is not very good.

I purchased this UPS to power my custom built PC, which has an 850W power supply. I have had my PC and monitor (Asus VG245H) plugged into the UPS for about 2 months now. The power has only gone out once during this period, and it worked as expected when the power went out. The UPS was able to handle my PC although I wasn't maxing out the power. Also, I like how easy it is to mute the alarm, which isn't too loud, and how quiet the UPS is when it is plugged in.
