    Battery does not last long after a year

    I am not sure if the battery inside is NiCad or LI. but the performance has gone down in a year. Hooked up desktop, DVR, Router, HTPC

    Just buy a power strip.

    A glorified power strip. The charging part stopped working correctly after a few weeks. Kept beeping at us, then shutting everything down like it was possessed. We finally had to shut the charging part off and just use it as a power strip. Not worth your time or money.

    Poor design - not enough room between plugs

    The plugs are not far enough apart. Most of the computer related equipment we want to plug in use “wall warts”, that take up enough space such that you can’t begin to use all the available plugs. Poor design. If I had realized this I would have gotten a bigger one even though I don’t need that many plugs.

    It just keeps beeping just as the window for exchange has closed. So what am I supposed to do with this annoying beeping sound?.I still love the product, I believe I received a faulty book. So I am sceptical to reccomend it to my friends. My enemies maybe, my friend no way.!!!

    Used the other day during a power outage and it beeps the whole time.. annoying!! Also half the outlets only work on battery mode.

    Wound not recommend this. The first one I received worked great for about two months. Then the battery side died. Cyberpower support was really responsive and initially sent a battery but that didnt work. Then sent a replacement unit but that one didn't work as well. Considering it a loss and moving on to a different brand.

    Terrible product and customer service.

    Had a power outage in April. Everything connected to this unit was fried. Contacted their customer service since there's an insurance policy that comes with this unit. Of course got every run around possible, finally able to file a claim, well it's almost July and they haven't offered to replace it or any of the items that were plugged into it.

    Lacked functionality unfortunately

    Did not work…. Charged it for hours per directions then tried to utilize it for two different items. Neither worked. Utilized someone else’s power pack and my products worked fine. Left a bad taste in my mouth about this product. Not planning on buying any more of their stuff.

    FAILED during power outage

    I bought this in December... less than 6 months. When power went out, so did the unit and my computer went down with it. I tested it prior to use with a lamp. And I tested it again after the power returned. It works fine with a lamp. But the computer load is different. It goes from 30 minutes of power left to 0 minutes in about a minute. I've emailed CyberPower for comment.

    3 of them failed miserably within a year. And they do not even signal to you by beeping or so that they are failing HORRIBLE. Moving away from this brand (CyberPower) Ugh.

    Not a good backup

    Bought this 1 year ago. It's been constantly shutting off for no reason for the past few months. It also shuts off if I lose power which defeats the purpose of having it since it's supposed to be a battery backup in case of power loss.

    Very bad product I don’t recommend anybody.After three weeks Stop working I take it back to Best Buy to return that product they said we cannot take it back anymore send it to manufacture that’s very bad business. I’ll never shop at best buy again.
