I never owned any thing like this before, but so far so good. I bought this for my entertainment center. After buying expensive equipment I felt it was a good to invest in power protection to safeguard my investment. Product is heavy and built like a tank. It has a built in LCD screen to show information about how much power is being used. When power is going through a brown out, the machine gets to work providing the needed power to my devices. It's form factor is good and offers more watts and features at a better price over other brands.

The UPS is my second with the first one lasting at least 5 years before it failed. Customer service was helpful in identifying that the error code was NOT the battery and the unit itself. I gladly bought another and when the new one was hooked I took the old unit back to Best Buy for recycling as I have done with other electronics in the past . . . and they said they could not recycle it because it had a battery! I was miffed and highly disappointed that Best Buy sells products they will not assist in taking out of the waster stream when they reach their end of life.

I have this battery for several months and have only recently come to appreciate the value as the power surges and loss of electricity occur. Have multiple devices attached.

Our old back-up failed. This one exceeded what we needed, but failed as it was plugged in. Their customer service quickly sent us a replacement and it is working great.

Just what I was looking for. Not too big but has all necessary features. Debating not getting one as I have a huge generator (which performed brilliantly through Hurricane Ian) but figured better safe than sorry.

Works great better than my last one. Hopefully this unit will last longer than my last one. It's built and feels like a high robust surge and battery back up devise.

I let it charge for 5 days and unplugged it from the wall. Computer, modem, printer and sound system all stayed on line. Powered down the system, plugged it back into the wall and everything came back up. Lights are a plus

So far so good. Works as described. My lights literally began flickering a couple days after installation 5 or 6 times and ups kicked in and no interruptions..

Like the spacing and number of outlets with battery backup. Also like the fact that the digital readout fades out after an interval. Powers an older small form factor HP Elite 8300 without issues.

The only problem I can see is it had no instructions. If I had not had a battery backup before I would never have gotten software to manage the unit. Also there is some setup to be done on the unit itself. I have no idea how to do this so I have left it alone.

When the power goes out, my devices stay on thanks to the CyberPower 1000VA Battery Back-up unit. This gives me the time needed to finish what I am doing and shut everything down cleanly. Takes a lot of the worry out of my day.

If you need a battery backup this is an excellent choice we use them at work without any issues it's nice to know that if power is lost your computer will stay on

So far easy to setup, in our area outages with internet are often, should keep internet up for hours

Absolutely a lifesaver during this past storm season. Kept me connected the whole time while working. Oh great, yeah I know I did it to myself.

Cyberpower 1000VA Battery Backup UPS is an Excellent UPS. I bought tons of them and they are all running quite well. My area has tons of power problem and Cyberpower UPS is working hard to protect all my electronics.

Purchased UPS to keep electronic equipment from shutting down from brown outs because of poor power in building.

Product was delivered promptly and easy to set up. Now, we'll wait for the power to go off. In the meantime, I'm using the power strip outlets for power so, it's useful even if the power isn't off.

Have bought a smaller backup for the TV and box upstairs. But we needed a bigger backup for the movie - gaming room downstairs. We love this backup big enough to backup all our equipment. Love love it.
