Terrible product and customer service.

Everything connected to this unit was fried. Contacted their customer service since there's an insurance policy that comes with this unit. Of course got every run around possible, finally able to file a claim, well it's almost July and they haven't offered to replace it or any of the items that were plugged into it.

Multiple bad units

The first one I received worked great for about two months. Then the battery side died. Cyberpower support was really responsive and initially sent a battery but that didnt work. Then sent a replacement unit but that one didn't work as well. Considering it a loss and moving on to a different brand.

Lacked functionality unfortunately

Charged it for hours per directions then tried to utilize it for two different items. Neither worked. Utilized someone else’s power pack and my products worked fine. Left a bad taste in my mouth about this product. Not planning on buying any more of their stuff.

FAILED during power outage

When power went out, so did the unit and my computer went down with it. I tested it prior to use with a lamp. And I tested it again after the power returned. It works fine with a lamp. But the computer load is different. It goes from 30 minutes of power left to 0 minutes in about a minute. I've emailed CyberPower for comment.

It sucks - 3 of them failed within a year

Not a good backup

It also shuts off if I lose power which defeats the purpose of having it since it's supposed to be a battery backup in case of power loss.

Horrible product, horrible store

I’ll never shop at best buy again.

Don't waste your money

Unit arrived with one lead not connected

They concluded battery was bad even though unit was brand new. Sent replacement battery. When I opened the unit, I saw one lead was not connected to the battery. As soon as I made the connection, the unit worked fine. So now I have an extra battery. So much for their quality control.

Doesn't recognize some outlets, won't recognize in

The only sockets it recognizes are the ones only powered with the Auxiliary Power Unit running.
