I have been lucky and have not yet needed to use it as a back up. It is the right size for what I need. It is small enough to fit under my desk and has more than enough outlets to connect my computer and accessories.

Great software. Great product. Intuitive suggestions in the manual. Hums a little.

This is my second one I have in the home. This one is for not loosing power to some security equipment that does not have battery back up. The fist one I have had for years at my desk and it has worked great. Highly recommend.

Item was easy to install and is working as advertised.

easy to install and very compact size. much smaller than the unit it replaced.

Recent atmospheric conditions prompted me to check my old Battery Backup. It did not pass testing for reliable uptime. The cost of replacement Batteries was about the same as the cost of this unit. I also gained a few tech upgrades in management and conditioning with this update. Testing has confirmed all claims made by manufacturer and my comfort levels are restored. My warm comfortable blanket feelings of Power Protection are restored.

This has been a great UPS so far. The digital display is a nice touch. Does what it's supposed to. Can't really ask for more. Lots of outlets and the top-mounted plugs I find are more convenient than those UPSes with the plugs in the back. I just wish all the plugs were a little more spaced out so more bulky adapters could fit, but at least they give you options for a couple on each side (2 with battery backup, and 2 with just surge).

This is a really good backup unit. Nice menu display, easy to use.

Unlike most I purchased this to keep my modem on during storms. I don't have an issue with power quality or power outages in my region. But whenever a rain storm comes thru it knocks my modem off line. I have tried everything else short of purchasing a new modem. So I decided to try UPS. There have been several storms, some with a lot of lightning, and I lost the modern once. So it seems to be helping. I have connected my entertainment equipment to it to protect them from surges etc. Cheers

I bought it mainly for my docking station and 2 monitors this 1000VA Battery Back-Up Systems powered them for about hour. Plenty of time when my power goes out power usually comes back in about 5 minutes, longest time power has been out during a storm was about 25 minutes. I was hoping not to spend a lot of money. This was Great!. Less than $75.00. And my other Backup of 450VA powers my cable modem/router I work from home. I always have internet.

No issues with the quality of this UPS and a good competitor to APC where it is a little bit cheaper.

Got for a network equipment power backup when old APC failed. This did the job and then some. The display is a great addition to keep informed on the status of the unit, draw, charge state, runtime. The transformer plugs on either end works perfect for the oversized adaptors or angled ones that would otherwise block off other plugs.

Love this backup power. Had 2 brownouts and it kept ticking!
