Battery in the unit lasted less than 2 years. The UPS started alarming and I got the E21 Battery Output Short Fault code when I ran the self test. It says it has a 3yr warranty so I reached out to CyberPower support to see what they can do. Unfortunately they said I had to ship the entire unit to them at my cost (which was like $70). I asked if they could just ship me the battery so that I can replace it and they said they need the entire unit. Well I ended up buying new batteries on Amazon for less than $50 and they now work fine. In summary, the original batteries didn't even last 2 years and the warranty is not helpful. I also have an APC UPS and so far its lasting longer.....not sure how good their warranty is.

Works great. Only issue is the plugs are too close together so you can't fit oversize plugs next to each other.

Great product for the price. Easy setup, and connectivity to the software. Configurable voltage thresholds, should there be a need, that triggers when the UPS should go to backup. Highly recommended for those that wants to avoid loosing data or hardware failure due to power. The price is reasonable, and well worth it.

This is our third UPS CyberPower. This new one replaced one that stopped working. Overall they have done a good job of protecting our computers.

Great UPS..good features and plenty of outlets. This replaces an older one that I have which has begun to fail.

It seems to work great, although I haven't really had it long enough to tell you anything about the long-term. I will say that the only thing it doesn't like attached to it, of course, are laser printers. I mean, you can do it and it will handle the load briefly when it first turns on, but it seriously doesn't like it. Too much power. Another thing is the size. It's nice and short and I do like that, but I wish it wasn't so long. Too bad they can't pack more power into a smaller housing. Oh, a couple of things I really do like are the addition of a USB-C port on the front for charging and, of course, the exorbitant amount of plugs on the back for devices. It would have been nice if they were somehow spaced out more because transformer-based plugs are much larger, but to do that would require a taller height. So, I ended up using a few multi-plugs on the back to remedy that situation.

I like the pure sine wave much better than the simulated voltage models. In my computers it makes a big difference.

Best bang for your buck sine wave ups. Using on my new gaming pc no power interruptions when ac power is lost

Very easy to set up software is easy replaced the elder APC and this seems to be as good as quality or better

UPS Works well! Nice connectivity features to shutdown Mac equipment when battery gets low. Good information on the built-in display. Good price.

With all the storms and haphazard electrical splkes I decided to go all out for the highest level of equipment protection. I’ve been wasting money on the smaller units (350-600v) and they kept burning out or the batteries died. So far this ups has kept my equipment running through the last big storm Just expensive ($200)

Purchased to connect my work laptop,home pc (1000 watt PS), cable modem and monitors for protection against random power outages. Lost power and I was still able to continue working for almost an hour without issue. Highly recommend for protection against irregular Voltage changes also.

Uninterrupted power at it's best!! I have my computer, ps5, display monitors, 3d printer and other things plugged in and I disconnected the power from the wall for a half hour and I had no detectable loss of power whatsoever. i am going to get another as soon as I can.

Purchased for my mom's computer to replace an older model that was caput. Have not heard of any complaints, so must be working as needed.

Easy to set up and work as advertised. Already have 2 in use and will probably get another one for some other electronics.

Right after we purchased our new battery back-up system, we lost our electricity. Perfect timing! We lasted through the storm and our devices were still useable. Super!

My unit caught fire, and that is apparently not uncommon for this model (I don’t know which of those facts is more frightening). I owned it for roughy 3.5 years, and this morning it decided to set itself on fire. I happened to be a couple of feet away, and noticed that it switched to battery mode three or four times, despite no loss in power. A couple of seconds later there was a big pop, and acrid black smoke filled my room. I could see a fire on the inside of the unit, and quickly disconnected and removed it from the environment. Cannot say strongly enough that I really don’t recommended this product, or this brand.

The battery backup keeps our system running when the lights flicker. Everything in our house keeps communicating

A while back we had a really bad brownout in our home and we ended up losing our soundbar. Ended up purchasing this for my entertainment center and so far we’ve had three more brownouts Without losing any devices. Worth every penny.

I’ve usually used APS devices and this is my first CyberPower device. It was a very way setup with fewer steps than I’m used to. Interface makes sense and so far has worked well.
