I like the product overall, especially the number of outlets it has as that is the main reason I bought it. However, the layout and spacing of the outlets are an issue due to the bulkiness of plugs which leaves several outlets unusable unless you also buy short 'outlet saver'-type extension cords. They are not too expensive at regular retail price ($6-$10/per cord or outlet) even for beefier cords to use to plug in more expensive items, so at least there's that. Personally, I'd really like to see more UPS have 12 outlets in general and also have the outlets more widely spaced out to accommodate bulky plugs without having to use 3rd-party extension cords to actually use all 12. Also, the thickness of the power cord of the UPS itself makes it anywhere from slightly difficult to impossible to fully plug in items of the 2 outlets on either side of the power cord.

Used to backup WIFI and router during power outages. We are in an older area where a lot of trees interfere with power lines. So far, this has not allowed for any outages of internet with another backup system used to power the cable amplifier.

Sufficient for keeping Ubiquiti network gear running for a bit in the event of a power outage, though significantly less convenient than a rack mounted UPS when used with a rack mounted system (obviously.)

UPS I use for my home entertainment setup. Does everything it's suppose and you never know it's there until you need it.

Bought for emergency backup for our pellet stove in case of power surges and outages.

Great battery backup. Like front display and usb charging port. Good software for PC computers.

Very good quality battery backup we had a recent power outage and the battery backup kept my computer, modem and router working fine.

Great features, highly competitive with APC options, but CyberPower has better price, and equivalent warranties and equipment insurance.

A great unit, replaced a apc 1500 unit that wasnt even 6 months old that i took out of service because they are known to catch on fire and have issues... runtime and build quality on the cyberpower is much better, so is the software for a pc, would recommend, happy so far, but time will tell how this one does

Easy to set up, and has plenty of power for a desktop PC with liquid cooling and powerful GPU. I'd give it five stars but its software does not record a power outage unless the computer it is hooked to via USB is actually turned on when the power goes out.

Excellent product. With the actual problem of Power in my country, this is a MUST item to protect my equipment.
