I like that it bypasses while charged fully to not waste energy or make noise. Seems solid so far and has worked well with the shorter duration outages. It has experienced so far. No software needed for the USB connection to the computer for auto power off when the battery gets low.

Of course it's hard to judge in detail since that was the only use, but it functioned as described. I really like the design and friends have suggested CyberPower as a company they've trusted for quite awhile.

My previous one of different make and model would regularly switch to battery when the power dipped, this one seems to handle it without pulling from the battery. At least, nothing bad enough that the voltage regulation circuit couldn't handle on its own so far. I am also using it's front USB for phone charging to save a wall wart. Definitely recommend!

Mine developed a loud fan noise after a few months. I contacted the CyberPower and they replaced it. Free shipping for the return and the replacement. Always great when a company stands behind their products.
