Has done its job so far. Since you never know when the power will go out and right back on it’s good to have the protection. Plenty of plugs for peripherals. Considering amount of money spent on electronics it’s worth the money to protect them.

Good UPS. replaced and older unit that had dead battery. Battery replacement was going to cost almost as much as a brand new unit. So purchased the new one with warranty

It's heavy and a bit pricey, but does the job. It has 12 outlets on the back, 1/2 with battery backup, which is more than other similar models. Display is good and the USB-C charging port on front is a plus. Software was easy to set up and it worked right away when the power went out as I was setting up my new PC.

Suffer some weird power “blinks” and was tired of everything cutting out whenever this happened. Not a single issue since installing this in my living room. I have tied my cable box & router on this one.

Purchased one for my modem and router and one for my PC now when I get quick power surges or short power outages I do not have to wait for everything to boot back up item works great

For what it is it’s great, I’ll probably get another for other devices

Certainly over COVID, we all depended on our home technology much much more than previously. As such, my old UPS died and I bought a stronger one - the CyberPower. The main feature I wanted was to be able to turn off the audible alarm - and it has this feature.

Having this helps so much, I live in an area that loses power at least once a year, so having this helps eases stress during those times

This UPS is exactly what I needed, as it provided the protection I needed. To be more specific, this would instantly switch to the Batteries Power whenever there is an interruption in the Household's Power, protecting and making sure your devices stay on.

Never going back to the other brand. Very pleased with Cyber Power's features, ports, and quality. No hassles with setup and use.

love it. bought a different brand previously and it only lasted 3-4 years. the best thing i like about this unit is the the plug ins are on the back of the unit so you don't see all the mess.
