Runs everything in my office without interuption when power goes out. Seems good quality.

I don't think I got that long a backup power, all things considered. I think more than an hour or 2 of wifi should have been possible with a battery that size, my phone does it.

This unit probably works great in the city where it’s connected to the electric grid but out here in the sticks where we rely on solar power and generators it’s useless. No matter how you adjust the settings it constantly goes into battery mode and will not charge itself.

We haven’t had the power go out yet to see how it really works, but setup was really easy!

Great unit, was very tested with the recent ice storm and it held up great.

This power back-up system is great and protect most of my work station. I love it.

Within 1 year, the unit will not hold power for more than 10 minutes. This is only powering a small modem. I called CyberPower customer service and was told since it does stay on even if just 10 minutes, the unit is good and no warranty available. DO NOT PURCHASE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO GOOD! Purchase a better brand.

No issues and does exactly what its suppose to do.

Not easy to review. I have had one power "hiccup" since I installed this and the power did not stay on for the equipment I have plugged into it.

Unit I received is either defective or not up to specs. I just have one computer and a modem/router plugged into the backup outlets. Any glitch in power causes the computer to just die (without a shutdown procedure), even through the computer is connected to the battery and Cyberpower software is set to keep the computer running as long as possible. If the lights just flicker for a split second, the computer just dies without shutting down.

I bought this unit in Dec 2022. During a storm in the beginning of March I lost a soundbar,router, and TV plugged into it when lignin caused a surge. It says there's a $500,000 lifetime guarantee but they make the claims process next to impossible so they won't have to pay claims. Do not recommend.

Not impressed. I have had several power blips when storms roll through and the server drops and reboots every time. This UPS does not carry through. Thought I had a defective unit so I exchanged it but no improvement. Simply does not do what a UPS is supposed to do. Now I am past 30days and stuck with it. Will eventually go with a better brand and try again.

This unit performs great when there are short power interruptions. However during Hurricane Ivan when we lost power, it lasted for 13 minutes. I had one cable router (15 watts) and one wireless router (12 watts) - not exactly a big load. All instructions were followed so I may have gotten a bad unit or this thing is really not worth the $

The device works as described. Good purchase. Recommend

Died less then 3 week. Got an E01 error. Took 4 weeks to get a replacement. They would not send you a new one till they got there's back 1st and shipping cost an arm and a leg. new one got E01 error the same day I plugged it in. They are sending me a new one with out waiting for the bad one to arrive this time. But men what a waste of time and money.

Worst product I have ever purchased I have only owned it 90 days and it does not work Bestbuy has done nothing to get the manufacture to replace my item that comes with a 3 year warranty. Don't buy this product.

The first time I plugged it in and turn my computer on it shut down immediately. My computer tops out at about 650 watts, but during startup it's about 100.

product was used. box was damaged and resealed. unit had finger prints all over it and was repackaged. its not the item it is bestbuy selling used products, now i have to waste my time returning it

Great backup to protect my new rtx4080 gaming computer during power outages.

Back-Up arrived in damaged box, but initially, item was OK, but the plug prongs were bent, the plastic part of the plug was deformed, and one prong was loose. Decided to return.
