Had to rearrange the other things pluged into the wall outlet due to the orientation of the plug. Other than that it is working OK. Fortunately however we have not had a power outage so I will have to wait and see what happens then.

I was having problems with my router being fried by power surges. So I went to best buy and spoke to a sales rep and he suggested this back up system for my problem. So far so good! I havent had any problems with surges since!

This is my second Cyber Power. The first one lasted almost 10 yrs. I had power failures from the electricity provider, but Cyber Power did it's job and protected my computer.

I was in need of a basic battery backup for my office PC to give me a long enough up time to save my work and properly shut down. This product did the trick.

For my purposes this battery backup is cheaper and stronger than competitors. I have been using this brand for years. It is ready to go although they recommend an extended charge the first time before use. Very uncomplicated.

This product seems to be well built and functions fine.

I go back to buy more for the shop all the time. Enjoy

My previous backup battery died. It was very heavy and I had to carry it down 3 flights of stairs. So when the sales person said this light-weight one would be just as good I jumped on it. Hope that turns out to be true.

I had previously bought the 425VA Battery and Surge Protector before, and it only lasted a year before I had to buy a new one. There are not much choices when it comes to purchasing a new one.

We bought this for our home computer as our power goes out quite often and we can still work on the computer for a short time to at least log out correctly.

The reason I choose CyberPower products is #1 they are totally made in the USA. When I lived in MN,(where the plant is located) I got to tour the plant. they have great customer service and they believe in their product. I recommend and suggest CyberPower to all of my customers. One of my commercial accounts had an issue with a 650va series, a phone call was made and a new one was delivered the next day along with a call tag to ship the defective one back. How's that for service?

This economical, simple device has given me peace of mind to continue working when a thunderstorm is approaching. I live in a rural area, so sometimes we lose power for no apparent reason. I wish it didn't beep so loudly when I shut it off manually. When I work at night, the beeping sometimes wakes up my husband.

Fits standard wall transformers with ease. Mounted to wall for use with cable modem, VPN firewall and network switch. May be overkill for this application but better safe than sorry for this small office.

its small size made it perfect for the location and application i needed it for. its response to power failure was instant. very good for what i use it for

This is a battery backup unit. Its purpose is to provide A FEW MINUTES of A/C power to your computer when the utility power goes out. This will give you time to properly SHUT DOWN your computer. It is NOT intended to be used as a power supply at some place such as a campground. I only gave it four stars because the top button design allows dirt and grit to get into it, making the button STICK and not work properly in a dirty environment such as a workshop. The power button NEEDS to be redesigned!

I would highly recommend the product. Easy to take out of box and start using the product.
