Always been a Cyberpower UPS user and never been let down. First time trying the slim line UPS and so far I like it. Fits right under my tv cabinet so I can have easy access to all the power cords.

The narrow design of this battery backup is what sold me. Easily sits behind the entertainment system. Makes it easier to conseil unit. Wish the spacing of the four plugs were a little bit further apart.

I took this unit home, set it up, and 4 days later had a power outage! The CyberPower Back-up system kicked in and kept things running for over 45 minutes until the power came back on.

This battery is great because it doesn’t take up much space and it’s has plenty of power for what my e- devices need.

No issues that I’m aware of. It does what it’s supposed to do. Protects the computer from power failure. I also have my cable modem plugged into it along with the Wi-Fi, so that I won’t lose Internet and my phone if the power flashes or goes off all together.

Bought 2 of these units on sale. One for computer setup and one for home theater. Solid build and have already had 2 outages since I’ve purchased these. Worked flawlessly.

I have been using battery back-up systems for about 8 or 9 years and have found them to be extremely useful for short term use in the event of a power outage and also surge protection. I have used both CyberPower and APC units in the past and will continue to do so.

Great back up for your electronics. It even has a cable to hook up to your computer in case of system updates. Its taller than usual but takes up so much less space. Would recommend.

The backup battery performs well (number and types of outlets) and the price was excellent.

Compact and does its job. This will be more than enough to protect your network appliances such as a NAS or router. It may not power it long, but it will power it long enough for a graceful shutdown.

I haven’t had any power issues yet but it installed great and there are plenty of outlets.

I bought this battery back-up system to replace an older model I have had for 20 years and had to keep replacing the battery. This new one is smaller, lighter in weight, has USB ports and works like a dream.

With today's work from home schedule, this battery backup works great for my computer and other devices. Whenever there is an electrical spike or out outage it save my devices from electrical sharks and remains online for a while.

Works as advertised: keeps the power going even with an outage. USB ports seem to work when they want to, with inconsistent charging power.

Got this to replace a UPS that has lost power. Is an excellent replacement. I have no complaints
