Works great, just what I needed. I would buy this again.

I have not had a power outage since installing this device so cannot comment on its operation. Installing is very straightforward and the "Power Panel" software which provides a range of configuration options is easy to follow and apply. Just wish there were more wider spacing between outlets for transformers

Item is compact, good options and is working great for my computer and printer.

I find this is a necessary item to have and it is easy to setup and use

Great backup power source for thunderstorms. Hooked it into my iMac no issues. USB connection tells the computer when power is gone and the computer performs an orderly shut down about 15 minutes later. Also monitor status of ups battery. Inexpensive piece of mind.

Works perfectly for the items connected. Runs a laptop with streaming setup at least 15 minutes (used for vlogging during a power outage).

Great piece of equipment do not need any other type os battery

Great item. Actually put in my media cabinet and hooked up my modem and router. That way if power goes out but not internet i still have access until power comes back on. Most power issues are quick.

Great backup for a small computer, makes it through short power outages.

With all the recent blackouts in my area it’s nice to know that my NAS is safely on this battery backup. My QNAP identifies it via USB so I can have it safely shutdown after a specific time. It’s hefty but has plenty of power ports. I did have to use some 6” extensions because of power bricks but other than that it’s been a solid purchase.

Used it to backup my NAS, modem and router. Wish the spacing for the plugs could accommodate more block adapters, but overall still good enough.

I needed a UPS since I was frequent power outages at my place. It works well and gives a tone when the battery kicks over. Also appreciate the 2 USBs on it.

It works fine. The shape is the problem, it is taller and much thinner than the former UPS. There are not as many outlets, the problem I'm having is getting things (iPhone, iPad) plugged in and unplugged. I'm 80 and my hands aren't strong. Have finally just left the plugs in and remove the cords when not in use.

I love the slim of it, fits very well behind desk. Costly but worthy.
