They're solid little backup batteries (assuming you aren't trying to run some monster gaming or rendering desktop from them.) They don't come charged, of course, so pick them up ahead of time. The software is pretty straightforward, easy to understand with a little customizability. No complaints. It's not exciting equipment - unless you don't have it.
