Have used three of these previously and they have lasted several years before needing to be replaced.

Item works as promised. It has already withstood several power failures due to thunderstorms in August.

Just purchased, looks fine lots of connections, not to big in size. Overall I think it will be fibe. Plan on purchasing to put with my big screen TV.

This is pretty good for the cost. The battery itself isn't the longest lasting if you're have a lot of high draw equipment running on it; but it does give a decent enough buffer to safely turn everything off in the event of a power outage.

Excellent backup system. Has saved my router and connection on numerous occasions. Best value for the money.

I feel very safe now that i have my CyberPower and all my important things are plugged in.

This works great, it keeps my modem and router running during power outages for hours though. It does beep whenever the power is out though. It could be i just don't know how to disable it, but its really not a big deal.

Replaced a previous unit with a new model and wa shape out so bought a second for my daughter’s computing setup.

Works as expected I would recommend it for anybody trying to back up power I use it for my security cameras

This device charges easy and easy hookup. Recommended to me and I talented it to you. Great for my modern/ router incase of power failure.

It has enough sockets, along with two USB connections, and give me about 7 minutes of power in case of an outage. That's more than I need.

We keep having voltage flickers that lasted just long enough to shut our computer down requiring a restart. This solved the problem.

Haven't really had a chance to put it to a test but it keeps my toys alive when the power blinks in and out like it does way too often. I like it

Very nice unit as it fits perfectly on my shelf to be a backup for my router. Has wall mounting capability which could be nice for some. Key thing is with the size may be tough to plug in many of those large power block size plugs.

I'd like to have a Best Buy CSR contact me regarding the associated products purchased with this UPS. I have a problem with one of the associated purchases and need some understanding about returning one of the products in for of an exchange with a like product.

Have had this for a couple of months, haven't lost power yet but have heard a few clicks during storms indicating a hit to the current I guess, with no impact to my equipment. I like the vertical form factor, takes up alot less room. Have PC, monitor, modem/router and external drives connected and still have some slots open. I had previous issue with APC unit so decided to go with Cyberpower. So far so good.

Bit of advice : after several power surges, these will degrade over time according to Geek squad , when my BRAND NEW computer was hooked up to an older battery backup like this , it didn’t protect my computer. Hence I am buying another one ... if it’s not one thing it’s another...

Performance meets expectation. Multiple devices are being protected by this device.
