I've been using this unit for about a month. No issues. I like the design with a smaller footprint, it fits well in the space between my computer and the wall. I can test the unit and see the event history with the CyberPower PowerPanel software on my PC.

I recently purchased this device andI like it. Should have bought a long time ago.

Disappointed in plug spacing. Claims to be set up for “large plugs”, not necessarily. Barely got 5 items plugged into it. It’s a good thing that was all I needed to back up in that spot. Other features work as advertised.

This UPS and it's slim form factor is a great option to put on a desk or entertainment center where space is premium. The 2.5amp USB charging ports are great for phones as well. Overall it's a must have when looking to protect your electronics. Highly recommended.

Pricing is very good and the qualities is good too, I would recommend to my friends.

A slimmer version of my bulky older battery. Great performance, clearly marked surge sockets. Battery unfortunately has no phone jacks but otherwise fits the bill.

Each time the toaster or the blow dryer blow out the power, the wifi goes too. No more waiting for the wifi to regain consciousness. This paid for itself on the first try! I only have an issue with just one side is the battery and the other side is just the plugs

great backup for modem and wifi had another brand a little over 3 years past warranty starting giving problems, also like option to replace battery inside rather than completely dispose of unit. Very happy with Cyberpower brand name.

Installed a home generator. Needed to have a back up this was perfect!!

Great back up. We had the electricity go out and the cable stayed on as it was plugged in to the battery back up. We were able to finish watching our show before turning off the battery.

I work from home and I was constantly having connection problems with the company computer losing the internet. After purchasing the battery back up, I am no longer having connection problems.

This UPS will not fail in a power outage. I protect my television, computer, and dvd with it. I was happy to have it with a recent power outage. It gives me peace of mind.

Very easy to use battery backup for my wife's computer while working from home. Low profile, fits between the leg of the desk and the wall. Having the built-in USB charging ports has been very helpful for her phone.

My old unit which was several years old began to beep. I found this one at a very good price which also had charge ports for tablets. I had planned on buying a charger anyway, so killed two birds with one stone. Happy so far.
