On 9/4/20, I purchased a Cyber Power 750VA battery back-up system. On 10/6/20, it failed - 32 days after I installed it! Since Best Buy's return policy is for 15 days only, I contacted CyberPower. Marvin was very helpful and sent the necessary documents to me to return the UPS back to CyberPower. I will receive a new replacement on 10/16/20. Several battery back-up systems that I have purchased from other companies have quit working after the warranty expired. However, this is the first CyberPower UPS to fail me.
