Posted .Hello, it is important on this unit to let it charge 8-16 hours before use, otherwise the batteries inside of the unit will not be fully charged.

No pass-through power delivery

My computer pulls less than 100w at idle but about 400-450 at load, and this UPS made a loud, constant beep when I was pulling over the rated 375w, making this device virtually useless for my purpose.

Posted .Hello Matthew, looking at the specs of the UPS this UPS is rated for 375 watts anything over this will overload the UPS. Nothing plugged in and it is screaming constantly unless I unplug it. Never had a power failure but I guess it could be the battery needs to be replaced although the troubleshooting info shows only it is overloaded! They don't make quality products any more. No longer available at Best Buy...

I had my main computer, two monitors, a modem and a router plugged in. Found the low power alarm goes off when the GPU on my computer reaches 95% usage. It's only an RX5700, not overclocked or anything. It has a 1000w power supply, and not anywhere close to pulling a full load and energy star monitors. Pretty disappointed.

It worked great for a the time my power went out. However, during our recent hurricane when I needed it most this device only lasted 4 hours. Also I can’t return it because it’s too late. I would recommend a different item.

Doesn't seem to work

May be me, but I wont buy again.
