It was supposed to give me 355 minutes (approximately 6 hours) but it would die quickly. I exchanged the battery for a new one but it gave me the same problem.

USB ports failed within 1 year of purchase

After some troubleshooting, the manufacturer offered an exchange but only if I pay for shipping back the defective unit, which would be about 1/3-2/3 the purchase price. I can't be without a UPS for however many weeks it takes them to process the exchange, so the "warranty" has no value.

One is connected to an aero garden farm and lasts only maybe a minute or two before it powers down.

Although not meant for use with an aero garden farm, there are larger units available. When hurricane Ian came and I needed the battery it wouldn't start, it seems it will only start when it is plugged into a powered outlet, defeating the whole point of a backup battery.

This unit has a feature called a cold start lock that requires the unit to be connected to utility power in order for the unit to power on the first time. Sadly, it just beeps annoyingly every minute or so until it shuts off after only 5 minutes. Sure, it gives me 5 minutes to save my work. But that is the extent of what it does. Maybe I had the wrong impression. I just don't know. But this is nothing more than what the battery on my laptop already does.

Same circuit, with identical computer/monitors plugged in. But only 1 of them worked when the power went out. The other might as well have been a basic surge protector (unless that function isn't reliable either.)

Posted .Hello, The SL750U runtimes are dependent on wattage consumption. At 50 watts you will receive 1 hour of runtime. At 100 watts you will receive 21 minutes of runtime. At 200 watts you will receive 9 minutes of runtime. Thank you for submitting your review!

By December 2021 both units are already faulting and beeping. Will try to return them; or contact manufacturer. Disappointed since CyberPower has done well for me in the past.

Highly Disappointing
