    Great product, wish I had done it sooner. Love the USB connect with the PC for status. The one drawback is the battery backup time which varies based on power vs how it is marketed.

    The battery was bad, when the power went out the first time after a full charge, the battery backup did not kick in and the battery was totally drained. I had to call CyberPower for a replacement battery. Not what I was expecting. But When I called customer service, the agent was very professional and respnsive. Overall great customer service.
