The first one was DOA had no problems exchanging it. works great I like the fact that I can stand it up. Good Buy.

I bought this because I had a fried motherboard after a surge. So far so good although we have not been able to test it because we have not lost electricity yet.

I needed and new battery backup and surge protector. This is an excellent product. I like the USB connection to the CPU to monitor the activity of the protection device.

Bought this as a replacement after a couple of APC ups systems failed on me. Seems to be a good buy so far.

For the Value it is Great, Does not seem to go as long as they state in the instruction manual. Depends on the Computer and Monitor that You are using.

This is simply the surge protector/battery backup that I purchase to protect my new computer and it's components.

This item is great for the basic backup, I use it to save my programming on my dvr and the clocks on my electronics.

I have no complaints, got this when it was on sale, have not lost power since I bought it, but as far as a power strip goes, works good, no complaints

Did it’s job during winter storms and power outages. Only drawback is once the battery goes, cannot be replaced

I've had good success with this unit. Also get a little more bang for the buck compared to other brands.

Seems to work well. I use it as a backup battery for an electronic item that rarely is used so I really cannot rate the product very well.

I would suggest every piece of electrical equipment be plugged into a UPS. This is one of the better ones.

Plugs are spaced far enough apart to allow different size adapters and plugs to fit together. Lays flat all the controls are easy to reach.

I like the way it looks, and I have had it for about 3 months no problem.I also have to more at home for about two years with no problems.

I would recommend this to anyone who has multiple plugs that need power. Rather than extension cords this product does it all in one.

Use it to support my Flat Screen and Xbox 360 so far no problems ans its been well over a year

I replaced my wife's unit when it went to the happy hunting ground. Cyber power continues to be my first choice for personal UPS.

I wish it would not beep every 5 sec when the power goes out. I know the power is out. I don't need a constant reminder.

Would recommend it in a minute. Wish it had brown out protection, but switches relatively fast when the power goes out.
