Replaced a previous model that lasted six years. Battery life is great.

This is a nice UPS but it was too small for my needs. I exchanged it for one with a higher capacity.

Product does the job as promised. Good value, fair price, good brand.

I bought this battery back up for my TV, DVR and speakers. We live in an area where the power flickers occasionally We were tired of waiting for the DVR to reset after the power flickered. After it was installed we were in the TV room and the power flickered. The TV and DVR stayed on. Some clocks in the house had to be reset. We know the DVR would have reset except for the back up. About a week later the power flicked again while we are there. The TV turned off and the DVR went into restart mode. The battery back up did not work. At that time I checked the battery backups in the bedroom and computer room. All of that equipment that was hooked up to them was still working properly. Those two units are 100% so far. This unit is at 50%. I am considering taking it back.

This product does what it advertises to do. I use it for my iMac and MacBook. I like that it can be used both vertically and horizontally. I recommend it to anyone wanting a good surge protector with battery back up.

I use this to shield my my Playstation and television from power fluctuations, and it seems to do a good job. This particular model is the least expensive one with the larger size battery and F-type coaxial cable connections - lesser models are not quite strong enough, but this one works, and is a pretty good value.

A battery is a battery. Quality depends on how long it lasts. I wish when I went in looking for this product, a Best Buy salesperson had been willing to help me as I found out much later all I needed to purchase was the actual battery for the unit I already had, but by the time I found this out it was too much trouble to return this one!

Seems to work as advertised. Would recommend to friends.

My last UPS failed after years of use. This unit has plenty of power to handle most computers to allow you plenty of time to cleanly power down in the event of an outage. The USB integration allows you to see battery time remaining.

This has solved a lot of issues with my router needing to be reset and protects me from losing any data while working on my desktop PC. Unless you have a device with a battery, you need a UPS. This one works great. I wish it was smaller though because it takes up a lot of room under my desk.

I got this piece of equipment to protect me from power outages. I am a currency trader and I cannot afford to lose the use of my computer and I needed something to help protect me from this happening. So far the power has went out twice while I was trading and the UPS has done the trick.

After having several APC units fail after one year I decided to give CyberPower a try.. Unit seems of good quality and will see if it lasts longer than previous APC units. Live in an area where electrical service encounters many blips and unit has caught all of them.

Since I have started using this backup device it has saved me a couple of times when the power went out by powering down my computer. I also like the extra supply it gives me incase I need to use my computer with the power off. Great Buy!

Never had a problem with it until it was ready to be retired. Tip - when it's lived its life, it will have a metallic-like smell for several days before it dies.

I have been using this product for a while now. With items like this, the less you are aware of them the better they are working. I have my custom built computer plugged into it and have yet to run into any power issues.

This product was dead out of the box - half the outlets didn't work, and it was too much of a hassle to disconnect/get everything sorted out. So here I am with only half the product I paid for

Too early to tell, (they ask you to write these reviews so soon after a purchase), but so far it has worked well. Since purchase we have lost power and it protected our equipment. Will the battery last? I'll tell ya in a couple years...

Great replacement for my old system. I didn't expect to see as many features that I needed for this price. And the Best Buy representative did a fine job of ensuring I bought just what I needed... not more.

This unit works great. The main feature I wanted, beyond the basics, was AVR, or Automatic Voltage Regulation. It helps keep everything on when power dips a bit, which it does around here. Very pleased.

It works, never tested under test worthy conditions, but so far so good. Can't say to much just plug it in and hope for the best. Hard to give 5 stars to an item never REALLY tested by owner.
