Horrible Noise

Everything about it is great except for the noise it makes. Whenever i turn it on, it sounds like a plane about to take off. I’m pretty disappointed.

Got sent with a dent

No WIFI

They gave me this ASUS ring which I assume is the wifi adapter but there's no port in the motherboard. The mouse also broke when I clicked the middle lol.

NOT WORTH IT 1 YEAR COMPLETELY DIED

I had to uninstall reinstall everything more than one ONE OCCASION. It constantly froze or even today it just completely died I have been having problems since I purchased it. Literally ran through 3 screens and all in all it was the PC THATS THE PROBLEM!!!

Non-Existent Support

Mine arrived with none of the four fan light working, even though the fans themselves were powered and blowing. Checked all connections, couldn't find any obvious problems. E-mailed tech "support" and was refused help until I agreed to surrender personal information to them which they don't need to answer simple questions, and have no right to demand. Also demanded proof of purchase (as if anyone but an actual customer would be calling them!) and did not accept the Paypal receipt I provided. I have no other receipt! I finally had to use a screen shot of my Paypal e-mail and sent that to the CyberPowerPC tech "support" but have heard nothing back from them in a week. Also have refused to answer my simple question about what the purpose is of an un-labeled button on the top of the case.

Rethink this brand

We have had it for 4 months and it’s already malfunctioned twice. Oh also, with this brand, Best Buy Geek Squad can’t actually perform repairs on it while it’s under warranty. It has to be shipped to the manufacturer.

Cheap and literally did not work at all.

Cheap parts and even cheaper power supply. DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL! DON’T BUY. Best but More like worst buy.

Terrible Quality

I called Geek squad and they basically told me to restart my computer, what a joke. I went ahead and updated the drivers and worked fine for about a few days till it started doing the same thing again, monitors would go black for a few seconds shutting down some programs. I checked for corrupted system files and more. No luck and best buy customer support is no help. On top of that I was delayed a week and a half to receive my item which in the end I had to drive to instore location for pick up. Worst experience ever, and yes I have to wait another week to get it replaced. Don't shop for this item unless you like headaches.

Cyberpower kapoot

Started having trouble...randomly shutting down and took it back to Best Buy on March 4th and they said Ohhh so sorry, you had to return it by March 3rd. Very unhappy. Cyberpower said I could mail them the graphix card and they could replace or fix but I mean really! You manufacture a product...then retail it and you cant make it last 30 days and then customer service is not a priority. Btw...support attitude needs improvement is a major understatement.

invalid windows 10 product key

Sat on the phone with geek squad for multiple hours getting transfer to multiple people. None of which helped in the slightest.

Amazing PC for the price

The CPU is AMD, AMD has amazing CPUs. The 3700x can handle gaming and streaming on the same computer, as AMD is amazing for multitasking. 3. This PC has heatsinked ram, 16gb, running above 3000mhz which is overkill for this PC, better than the RTX 2060 iBuyPowerPC. 4. This motherboard is again, a good mATX motherboard. It is ready to OC the 3700x killer. 5. The only mediocre thing I see about this PC is the power supply but it is 80+ Gold so it should run just fine. 6. Airflow is my lover in this PC

Good starter gaming machine, until it doed

That would have only knocked this computer down to 4 stars. It gets the drop all the way to 1 star because it up and died on me in under a week of ownership. Got returned in original packaging.

PC CRASHES

When I tried to get help from geek squad they never got in contact with me. I can’t play any games on it anymore so if anyone knows what the problem is can you tell me how to fix it.
