    I had a Dell PC for years and never had an issue. Decided to upgrade and purchased this Cyberpower gaming PC due to all the great reviews BUT this PC has been nothing but problems since the start. Two weeks in REALLY bad battery issues. Best buy passed the buck to Cyberpowers warranty who's customer service is absolutely atrocious. It cost more to ship it back then what I paid. Luckily my brother is decent with computers and replaced the entire battery and reset the bios. Cyberpower sent a replacement battery in about 4-6 weeks!!!!! Every 2-3 months there is an issue with this PC. I wish I never purchased it. Buyer definitely beware!!!
